Previously created crosstabs are saved by survey under the Open Crosstab List icon.

Navigate to the survey you wish to retrieve a crosstab for. Click the Open Crosstab List icon next to the correct survey to open the saved crosstabs list. Saved crosstabs are listed by when they were created. Clicking on a saved crosstab will open it in the Crosstab Builder. Saved crosstabs may be deleted by clicking the trash icon next to the saved crosstab.
